Who doesn't love flowers? They're magical. But we must admit we're underwhelmed with most mainstream options. Not only do most conventional flowers lack diversity, but they're grown with harmful chemicals, extractive farming practices, and are often shipped across the globe. By the time they make it into your vase they've left a dubious ecological imprint, and tend to be a little lifeless. Our vision is to get the freshest and most exquisite blooms into your hands, showcasing the wild and wondrous varieties that can be grown right here in Nova Scotia, while leaving a light footprint on the planet.
We spend the off-season researching the latest seeds and rootstock and learning the limits of what can thrive in our region with practices like deep mulching and low tunnels.
The resulting blooms look great and feel better.
